The first bundle I ever buried, I walked through woodland and came across a massive fallen oak. I lay out a piece of calico previously dyed with red cabbage, and placed red campion flowers, blackberries, bramble leaves and some writing on the fabric. It read:

"IN THE BRAMBLES AND BUSH,
BY THE SEA AND THE SHORE,
WATCHED BY A YOUNG OAK TREE,
I BURY THES WORDS,
WITH THE LAST BLACKBERRIES,
25TH NOVEMBER 2020"

Revisited and dug up on the 2nd December, only underground for 8 days.
